AGB | terms and conditions

1. Relations by contract only come about between the owner of tickets and the
   respective promoter.
   
   
2. If a party is canceled or postponed you can give back the tickets and get your money.
   
   
3. Ticket orders by internet are binding. We only deal with complete order forms.
   
   
4. The owner of tickets knows that every ticket has its own number and will only be
   purchase once at box office.
   
   
5. The tickets are send only cash on delivery (COD letter). We take a flat rate of 4,55 €
   for adaptation and dispatch. The prices are including all charges, also value-added tax.
   There are no other charges.
   
   
6. Till complete payment the tickets belong to Psychedelic Circus.
   
   
7. Place for jurisdiction is Hagenow.
